Rose Wagner is a senior journalism and political science double major from the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is her second semester as editor-in-chief and fourth year with The Maroon. Outside of Loyola, Rose has worked on multimedia stories with Gray Television's national investigative unit and covered St. Tammany Parish for The Times-Picayune | The New Orleans Advocate. Earwax-like marijuana concentrates have been known to elicit extreme highs and, sometimes, psychotic behavior, according to Special Agent Randy Ladd of the Denver Division of the DEA.
